At a time when purchasing power is at an all-time low, the Portes du Soleil has come up with a simple answer designed to give everyone the opportunity to spend a holiday in the mountains, by organizing unlimited access to a selection of “activities” for just 1€ per day.

As of this summer 2009, the Portes du Soleil area provides an innovative leisure pass: the “Portes du Soleil Multi Pass” This multi-activity card (on a magnetic hands-free card) gives unlimited access to a selection of activities for 1€ (1.5 CHF) per day of your holiday in all the resorts of the Portes du Soleil from 15th June to 15th September 2009.

Holiday-makers can thus benefit from unlimited access to the following activities:

• 5 swimming pools, 2 swimming lakes
• 23 chair lifts and cable cars for pedestrians
• 5 heritage sites: the Abondance Abbey, the Maison du Val (historical centre in the Abondance
  valley), the Mechanical Music Museum in Les Gets, the Aulps Valley Heritage Centre, the Tine watermills in Troistorrents
• 10 tennis centres
• 2 ice-rinks
• 3 little tourist road trains
• Inter-resort buses

The mountains are now easy, fun and accessible! Note that the 1€/day Multipass is only available to those who stay in registered accommodation in the Portes du Soleil – other prices apply if you are just visiting the area.
